Enhance communication with your team by emailing tasks within Delaget Coach

You'll never have to worry about employees missing their task notifications, now that you can send a task via email. Just click the checkbox at the bottom of the Create Task popup, and a copy of your task will be sent to the recipient's email. You'll still be able to access all your tasks within the Delaget Coach interface as well.

Click "Create Task" and type your task in the pop-up. Check the "Send Task as Email" box and the recipient will receive a notification in their email

Now you can view individual tickets associated with Voice of Customer comments in Delaget Coach

Dig deeper into customer feedback by viewing tickets associated with VOC surveys. This is especially useful when trying to get to the bottom of dissatisfied comments. And, if you're an Envysion subscriber, you can view the comment, ticket, and video all on one screen.

On the survey popup, click "View Receipt" to see the ticket associated with this survey

Now you can see both daily and weekly food costs in Delaget Coach (Taco Bell and Pizza Hut)

Weekly food costs are just as important as daily ones, so we've added a tab to the Food Cost drill-down page that allows you to toggle between daily and weekly food costs.

Click the "Actual ICOS Var %" tile on the dashboard to pull up the Food Cost drill-down page.

Click the Weekly tab. Here, you can click the column names to sort by percentage so you can see which items had the largest weekly food cost variance
