Your data security is one of Delaget’s top priorities. To this end, you may have experienced some of your expected Delaget reports arriving in a secure email that looks different than what you are used to.
These emails are safe to open, and you can easily access your reports or other files by following the instructions provided after clicking the “Open Message” link in the emails.

Frequently Asked Questions about encrypted emails
1. Why has this change been made and how does it deliver enhanced security?
As new advances in security are made, Delaget is committed to updating our protocols to keep your data as secure as possible. To ensure sensitive information like social security numbers and financial institution data only reaches the right hands, any reports containing such information will now be encrypted before being emailed to you.
2. Do I need to take any action now?
You do not need to take any action to ensure your sensitive data is encrypted. Our system will automatically identify the reports that contain sensitive data and will encrypt them for you. When you receive an encrypted email, it will walk you through the process of retrieving your report.
3. How do I access my encrypted reports using this new system?
When an email or report generated by Delaget’s system contains data determined to be sensitive, you will receive an email that looks like the screenshot below. The "Open Message" link included in these emails is safe to click.
When you click "Open Message", you’ll be sent our Total Control Secure Email Message Center to access your report. The first time you use this system, you will need to create a username and password. This login information is unique to the secure email process and does not have to be the same as your Delaget login.
Once you’re logged in, you’ll enter your inbox, where you’ll be able to see and open the report or file.
4. What if I forget how to log into the secure email system?
If you forget your password, there is an option on the login screen to reset your password. Click the “Reset” button under “Forgot your password?”
Enter your email address. Then enter the new password you wish to use and click the Reset button. Check your email for the verification email that will be automatically sent, and follow the instructions in that email.
Once you have logged in, you can access your secure email and download the report or file received from Delaget.
