Some of Delaget’s reports use VBA macros to complete their formatting on the user’s computer. Modern versions of Excel will not run these macros automatically. This document will list the steps needed to have macros run in Delaget reports. Please do not make any changes other than the ones listed below.
Instructions
Before Running a Report

In the ribbon, click on “File” and then click on “Options” to open Excel’s Options:

Click on “Trust Center” and then on the “Trust Center Settings…” button:

Click on “Macro Settings” and set the “Macro Settings” option to at least “Disable all macros with notification”, note that the list is ordered top to bottom, most restrictive to least restrictive. Note that changing this value to a less restrictive value could affect other applicaitons which utilize Excel:
Opening a Report that uses Macros for the First Time
Note: These instructions assume Macro Settings are set to “Disable all macros with notification”.

Assuming Protected View is enabled, click the “Enable Editing” button:

A security warning should appear stating “Macros have been disabled.” Click on the “Options…” button:

In the dialog that appears, click on “Show Signature Details”:

Click on the “View Certificate” button:

Click on the “Install Certificate…” button:

Click on the “Next” button:

Select the “Place all certificates in the following store” option and click the “Browse…” button:

Select “Trusted Root Certification Authorities” and click the “OK” button:

Click the “Next” button:
-
Click the “Finish” button:

A “Security Warning” dialog will appear. Click on the “Yes” button:
A dialog should appear stating the import was successful. Click the “OK” button.

Click the “OK” button to close the Certificate dialog and then click the “OK” button to close the “Digital Signature Details” dialog.

The “Security Alert - Macros” dialog will appear differently now. To run the macros, select the “Enable content for this session” option and then click the “OK” button:
Running Macros after Installing the Certificate

Assuming Protected View is enabled, click the “Enable Editing” button:

Depending on the Macro Settings in the Trust Center, a Security Alert may appear stating “Macros have been disabled.” If the alert appeared, click the “Enable Content” button:
