This month we have some exciting news about Delaget Coach. We've heard from many of our users that they'd love to be able to receive email subscriptions from Delaget Coach. This feature is now in beta and we're testing it with a handful of customers. Watch for subscriptions to be rolled out and expanded in the coming months.
Get insights into your sales by channel in Delaget Coach for IHOP
IHOP Delaget Coach customers will now be able to view their sales by channel – like eat-in, to-go, delivery, and others – under the Sales drilldown. Use the chart to get a visual read on which channels are most popular over time and dive into detail in the grid below.
Per-item KFC daily food inventory details
KFC users can now get detailed per-item information on their food inventory. This is a great way to identify loss – be on the lookout for outliers in your food cost variance and discover waste or theft that you can address before it gets out of hand.
Learn more about your customer satisfaction with additional SMG data for KFC
In your OSAT (Voice of Customer) drilldown, you'll now find three additional customer satisfaction metrics from SMG – Taste %, Accuracy %, and EAP (Experience a Problem) %.
